Who is Selina Tan?
Xbox Wire, writing for IO Interactive, calls her "formidable" and "innovative", with a background in psychology, strategy and immersive technologies (Xbox Wire). Bond meets her in the Q-Lab during training in Malta, where she unlocks TacSim for him (Into Indie Games). An Intel collectible in the Q-Lab is a "Workshop Notice (Selina Tan)" (PowerPyx).
Selina Tan and TacSim
TacSim is her set of simulations, built on story levels with modifiers ("Game Changers") and outfits not found in the story; completing them earns Intel and Clearance Levels that unlock weapons, outfits and gadget upgrades (Shacknews; IO Interactive). PowerPyx says Escalations open after Chapter 6 and Operations after the story, and that TacSim challenges need an online connection (PowerPyx). Gemma Chan
